THIRD ENGINEER Entry Qualification Requirement
A. Holder of certificates of competency as Fourth Marine Engineer or Officer In-
Charge of an Engineering Watch-Operational Level issued by Marina
B. Holder of Certificates for minimum standards of training for Operational Level
Officers under the STCW95 regulations and of statutory certificates;
C. With good moral character;
D. With at least 1 year experience as Oiler onboard ocean-going vessels
E. With one recommendation for promotion.
