OILER Entry Qualification Requirement
A. Holder of certificates for minimum standards of training for Engine Ratings
under the STCW95 regulations and of related statutory certificates;
B. With good moral character;
C. With at least two(2) year experience as Wiper onboard vessels trading worldwide.
