SECOND ENGINEER Entry Qualification Requirements
A. Holder of Certificate of Competency as Third Marine Engineer or Officer In-
Charge Of Engineering Watch Operational Level Issued by Marina
B. Holder of Certificates for minimum standards of training for Operational Level
Officers under the STCW95 regulations and of related statutory certificates’
C. With good moral character;
D. With at least one (1) year experience as 3rd Engineer onboard ocean-going vessels.
