CHIEF COOK Entry Qualification Requirement                            

A. Holder of certificates for minimum standards of training as Cook under the                                  
    STCW95 regulations and of related statutory certificates;                              

B. With practical and theoretical experience with regard to:                                      b.1. 
     international cuisine;       
    
     b.2.  handling of provisions, purchasing, accounting and administration;      
     b.3.  Budgetary control, stock control storing system, etc.        
     b.4.  Operation of catering department;        
     b.5.  Hygiene;        
     b.6.  Nutrition diet.                

C.  With good moral character;

D. With at least one (1) year experience as Chief Cook onboard ocean-goingvessels,or a
     Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management with CulinaryArts knowledge.
